It's an organized ring of telemarketers.  In the morning I received a call from 718-416-6103 with the same recording.  and then AFTER 6pm, received another call from the 718-416-6146 number.  notice the sameness of the numbers.  It's the same company (my guess)

I'm running out of blocking spaces on my phone!!!

718-416-6146 calls all the time... it rings and rings and rings and I don't pick up. Telemarketers.
