The last time these Microsoft scammers called, I answered, "IFB, how may I direct your call?" The Indian guy, asked, "Who's this?" "Internet Fraud Bureau, can I assist you?"......CLICK! Also, tell them, I'm sorry, there's no machines that run Microsoft, we have all Apple products. My favorite, Let them start their talk. Ask them do you have the machine ID that's reporting the error. They'll get flustered and say something. Then say to them, I need the unique machine ID, do you realize I supports THOUSANDS of Microsoft systems...CLICK
Received a call to our land line from this number today (Monday, Memorial Day, 29 May 2017) at 2:38 pm (Central Time). Caller ID: Moses Lefkowitz. Didn't answer as we were out of the house. No message left. Don't know anyone named Lefkowitz. If the caller was some "Microsoft" call, as posted by Kent, above, I suspect the number and caller ID are spoofed and from outside the USA. I doubt if there would be anyone in the USA clueless enough to make such a scamming call on a Federal holiday.
I received a call on Memorial day and today from "Moses Lefkowitz" at this number. Moses turned out to be a very concerned lady from the Microsoft Tech department. She said my computer had been hacked. I told her I didnt own a computer- "Click" > The fun never ends with these bozos
