Who called from 7184509406

Have been plagued all day by telemarketers.  This one is the old "Medical Alert" scam with a new number.  You block one, they come right back with another one.  It never ends.  Aggravating morons.

ID does say "neighbor" just as others have indicated.  This is outrageous.  These people are telemarketers, not neighbors, and that is definitely scummy.  We are on the do not call list, why are they allowed to keep doing this?

Yes we get calls to our number from our number!  How do they do this?  Also my husband and I get emails from ourselves that we do not send.

Obvious scammer or telemarketeer.
