This person calls me relentlessly for the past 2-3 months one or two times a day, despite me not answering the call

They call abroad too! I live in Italy and they keep calling....

Got a voice mail from these people that claim I "applied' on Linked In to be in their Who's Who magazine. I applied to nothing and can't figure out how they got my cell #. I didn't call back since they couldn't pronounce the college I graduated from. The University of Akron. Akron is pronounced Ak-ron, not A-kron.

Today I got 3 intrusive calls from this number on a do not call registered phone. They don't leave a message and the caller's name  is not identified.
