This is Pioneer Credit Collection Agency. I have asked them several times to stop calling but they won't. Go to the Fair Debt Collection website and see what they violated and send a letter to the President of the company. They buy student loans. I know I owe them and had made arrangements in writing to start repaying but they keep harassing me. You can file a suit against them.
They called and said the last 4 digits of my social security #, I asked who they were and the woman said pioneer. She said we talked to you before and I said yes 4 times a week. I told them to stop calling my fathers house. And they just keep calling saying I owe money for a school loan...I remember having a grant but I didn't know it turns into a loan!!!wth . I don't want them having my ss# that's crazy.

They keep calling my cell phone - two to three calls a day - I don't answer the call. They left one message between the numberous hang ups. The message was (a male voice) from TD Bank calling about "the" loan... I never requested a loan from TD Bank. They are relentless.
