An Indian guy called and left a message about some legal tax issue and to call back. When I called back a lady answered and they knew my cell number which IRS does not have. She told me the same as the other posts that there was an arrest out for me for some tax that was filed incorrectly 5 years ago and then hung up on me. I called back a different guy answered and he knew my name (maybe from caller ID). He asked me was I returning a call or did I speak to someone. I said I spoke to a lady and hung up on me. He then said the phone line has an echo and would call me back then hung up on me. I waited but no call back. Then tried to call them but got a busy tone after 5 attempts. Sounds fishy to me.
Guys . . . these guys are clearly criminals. THEY need to be arrested and sent to jail for six months with no bail opportunity. This is what this low-life told me. The last thing he said was "Your life is going to be hell." These people need to be stopped. This the most obnoxious phone call that I have ever received. The most heavy handed attempt to get a card number that I have ever experienced. Misrepresenting yourself as a Federal Agent . . . and that's just the beginning. I am willing to help put these guys in prison if any action against them arises..
This guy called me and said the same thing. I started laughing and he said "Miss you laughing at me or talking to someone else" I said oh no, I'm defiantly laughing at YOU! He then screamed nd said I would be arrested nd hung up the phone. I waited about 30 minutes and called back, I said hey its me again, I'm really bored waiting on my son to get out of practice can you finishing telling me the rest of your scam.... He proceeded to tell me to do some really nasty things to him and that I was going to hell and would lose everything. I told him that was great but that I was gonna continue to call him everyday while I was on break or waiting for my child and that I would not leave them alone cause I found all of this fun. He hung up. So I continue to call back for over 30 minutes until he said please you are tying up my line, I said great maybe I just saved someone from being scammed!! Told him I would blow his phone up everyday and he hung up on me! Called back and it was busy... Called the next day and got through till it was busy again, but it was free the following day and so on and so on. I will call and bug them just like they do to others!!
Missed a guy a couple of days ago and then finally played back the message this morning and got the same thing. I called the number and this guys asks for name and phone number. I told him he should have my number on file and that he'd called me and threatened me so I wanted to know what this was all about!!! He said he was not going to argue with me and was sending a police officer immediately to have me arrested and hung up on me.....what is going on!!!??? Is there any way that we can stop this from happening to anyone else?? I keep wondering, what if my mother would have received this phone call....what would she have given them or done!??!! UGH!
