It is from the Blue Green resorts and not from Pro Bass themselves. We made the mistake of entering at Pro Bass, got a call from VTT out of NY, and then called the store where we had entered. They told us the sweepstakes was not through them (Pro Bass) but through a timeshare out of Branson, MO. So far, we have just had the one call yesterday - but the day has just begun!
I just got a call from ? who said she said she was calling for Bass Pro and that I had signed up to win a weekend getaway vacation or something, but she needed my to make sure I had a credit card because the resort/hotel in the city I chose (Branson, Las Vegas, or somewhere in Florida, etc.) would have to have my credit card when I checked in because in case I left damages or whatever. Several times she inquired into my credit card status; by then, I became leery. I'm not just sure where she was going with her several times being insistant about my credit card status. This would not be her business about my credit card...it would be between me and the resort when and if I were to make reservations. Sounds highly suspect, if you ask me. When I told her all I had was a debit card, she cut the conversation short and politely ended the conversation. My thoughts? Someone is scamming trying to get me to release my credit card number and information.
i screwed him over i told him i reported him and he got freaked out, i also looked up his area code and it told me where he lived so i told him that and he stopped calling and texting
