Received call. No msg left. On call back, recording saying number not in service was played.

Answered call:
"Don't hang up, this is not a sales call. If you or a loved one have taken the blood pressure". (I hung up at that point).

Received a call from this number at 11am EST; was on the other line, unable to answer; no voicemail left; called back and received, "The number you dialed is not in service" automated message. Reported to the Federal Trade Commission's "Do Not Call" complaint registry.

Got two calls from this number, no messages left

Received call from this # as coming from S Harvey, South Richmond Hill, NY.  It really startled me.  My sister was listed in my phone as S Harvey but she died 3 years ago!  Left no message.
