I have been receiving calls from this number since Friday 01/27/2011 they have been calling upwards of 10 times a day and when I call back and "James" answers I asked to talk to a supervisor and am still receiving calls. I am calling the FTC on Monday to find out what is going on.
I have received 20 or more in one day from this number. They never leave a message. When I call the number back, they automatically ask for a social security number. I tell them I don't know who they are and they are to stop calling my number. My number is on an automatic dial and does not stop. I have now reported the harrassing phone calls to authorities.
Thanks posters. Like Jakkal - I too owed Applied Bank $$ and have made arrangements and am now current and nearly paid off. They still call every 30 mins (on SUNDAY!!) and leave no messages. I NEVER answer unidentified numbers, and they use different ones all the time, so they never get answered. Now they are gonna get blocked.
They keep calling every 5-10 mins, it rolls into voice mail, but they don't leave a message. When I called the number to find out who they were, it rang 6x, then just disconnected....
