Yes the 3 different men during this call all had very thick accents......were calling to discuss a lawsuit against me for internet check fraud. Said I gave their client permission to withdrawal funds from my account that were not available. Threatened me with going to jail. They new my SSN and other info. I hung up and googled the number and called back. These guys have some guts. I tried to turn the tables and said my brother in law worked for the Attorney General's office and that I was recording the call so he could use it to sue for harassment. You believe he still kept talking until I had to talk over him and said I had enough information to hand over to my brother in law and thats when he finally hung up. Seriously!!!!!!! I can see where someone would fall for this crap if they had had some problems.
I'm guessing he is calling your cell phone. You can probably block the call. Ask your cell provider how. Or put the pest in your contacts list and assign it the ring tone "no ring." That won't stop the calls but it will make them easier to ignore.
