There's a whole bunch of Green Card Lottery scam websites such as USAFIS.ORG claiming to submit your application for the green card lottery. They have absolutely nothing to do with the DVD lottery, USAFIS is owned by a scammer in Israel. They don't have a single employee in the USA, they use USA mail boxes and USA VoIP phone numbers which you can rent over the Internet, to appear to be in the USA. Their one and only goal is to obtain your credit card number. Don't fall for it, they will withdraw hundreds of dollars as soon as they hang up.
USAFIS will call you many times trying to delay you from contacting your bank in the hope that the deadline for a chargeback expires. Don't believe anything they say as they lie all the time, if they charged your credit card, better contact your bank and ask for a chargeback as soon as possible. they just call me,they asked me all personal detailes,they said ,they are from Aussies goverment and i will received longlife visa for 318 euros 1 time payment,after my detailes,they wanted charged me right the way the money from the bank without my permisson,but bank called to me about suspicious operation and i didnt confirm.So people be careful about that stealers.I got to put them like internet abuse behaving and try to steal me to Interpol...Drago
I got scammed by this USAFIS organization. And they toke about 400 us dollars from my credit card. When I realized what happened at that time, the money was still on the credit card but frozen for verification period and I had time to cancel it. But they called me like dozens of times to calm me down, telling me that I gonna win that lottery and stuff...I am looking for other victims like me, who wants to get their money back...I am currently collecting testimonials against them... They are criminals in my country..There is a possibility, that if I collect enough testimonials I could sue the owner of the credit card terminal trough my bank and the help of US Embassy. If they are calling your cell phone your carrier provides the option of being able to block the # 6months to a year, You can have them block it.. I am sure after 30 days of it showing blocked they won't be calling you again.. Contact your Local Telephone company for blocking, and contact your Cell Phone Carrier Support number to block the number from your cell phone.
