They can kiss my butt I reported them to the attorney general they call my home 10 times a day they even called at 11 pm at night with some recording. When you call them back you stay on hold forever and never get anyone when you do you get some rude [***] person on the phone. So I did what every person on this site did I told them to F off and have a nice day.. I OWE YOU NOTHING STOP CALLING MY HOUSE [***] CLOWNS
Those are really bad people! even people who work with them are bad! they insult me last time because I insist to know the name of the person who call...bad stuff.
From a person who was a manager of a collection company...certified letter to company is great but a tape recorder works the best. Tell the caller to stop calling. Make sure to get a name (usually fictitious) but write it down anyway. Write the date, time and person that you spoke with. When they call back, and they will, ask to speak to a supervisor. You probably won't get a real one but tell them that they have been told to stop calling and give the specifics of the previous call. Tell them that you are recording the conversation and that if they call again they will be reported to your states Attorney General and state his/her name so that they know you are not fooling around. Be sure to keep a note pad by your phone and write down ALL info on every call that you get from them. This will usually stop the calls. If it does not be sure to contact your state's AG.
