They can kiss my butt I reported them to the attorney general they call my home 10 times a day they even called at 11 pm at night with some recording. When you call them back you stay on hold forever and never get anyone when you do you get some rude [***] person on the phone. Over and over, the same lame message about the need to call them. They NEVER answer if you do. Where is this idiotic company located? How do we report them to every state attorney general in the U.S.? They are guilty of severe phone harassment. If they're looking for someone else, I've had my phone number for over 3 years. I owe them nothing. I'm tired of clearing all their calls from my voice mail and caller ID. Can't the local phone company stop it?
These people called me numerous times daily for weeks - I didn't answer at first - when I did they were looking for a lady who used to live here and died over a year ago - they continued to call and actually asked me to send them a death certificate for this lady!!! I didn't even know her!!! I called twice and complained - they still call occasionally. They sound like one of those outsourcing companies - everyone had an accent or very precise Oxford English -
The number 718-684-9404 is showing up as a number out of Bronx New York for Oxford Management Services. Yet the only address that I can find is for Oxford Collection Agency Inc. Also doing business as Oxford Management Services, Located in Melville, New York. Does anyone have their Bronx Address?
