Who called from 7186903378

Got a call from this number, answered it, and the person identified himself as being a representative of the PBA, a policeman himself, and solicited funds. After an exchange, I realized this was a scam.
Beware, and don't answer the phone.

3 calls in one day.  Did not answer and they did not leave message.

Police looking for money,,said no thanks  and he kept rambling while I hung up

I constantly get this call.  I never answer and have put the number in block call!

I called back, using *67 to block my number.  A man answered, talking nicely.  I asked him to stop calling my number every day.  He said he would, and apologized.  I had to ask him if he wanted my number.  I gave it to him.  I'll see if the calls continue.
