Received the call today, ID showed "Survey". Did not answer but learned from other messages that (718) 690-9271 was about "Hi, this is Diane... (about carpet cleaning) ". There "she" goes, striking again!
Now that I have ID on my phone I am delighted to ignore calls from unknown numbers, but before that, I had to suffer "Diane's" incessant calls for months and months, if not for years.

Now go buy a call blocker.
