Got a call, didn't answer, no voice mail left, I 'called back and some lady answered asking me if I was Cheryl ****. I said no, and asked her what company this was, she said something financial, then she asked me if I knew her, I said no. I asked her what is this about? She said " Cheryl has someone who has filed a lawsuit against her". Really ???? " I " don't know Cheryl and your telling me about her legal stuff? I was only born yesterday......... I would love to do something towards this company? for them telling a complete stranger my personal, legal info........O, and if you block your #, they don't pick up and it goes to voice mail with some guys deep voice saying We are unavailable right now, if you leave your name and #, we will have an "agent" call you back. And then it says that the users mail box if full. LOL !!!!!!! She says so you don't know Cheryl? I said no. She replies with Maybe this is an old #, I'll remove it....... I told her thank you, goodbye......I keep calling back and it goes to the full mail box....but this # definitely is going on my auto reject list! Like 100 other #'s......
I keep getting calls 3-5 times a day - from the (718) number and also a NJ (609) number. They hang up in the voicemail so I have no idea who this is or what they want. Beyond irritating!!
They keep calling me also. I tell them right away to stop calling and hang up right away. Couple days later they call and I do the same. They just don't stop calling me, so now I don't even answer when I see the number on my ID. WHO ARE THEY?
Last summer, my brother had me listen to a voice mail about this. I called the number and they were trying to say my mom had an outstanding credit card bill from a bank she never used. They also told me they had sent a letter and everything. He said if she didn't pay, she would be sued and he had her home address and they wanted me to say her date of birth and SS number to verify her... Told him to go for it and file the papers and this call was being recorded and I would give it to my lawyer for harassment. Needless to say, it was a scam and we haven't heard anything back...
