Same number called me today saying it was from auto loan network and that my auto loan had been approved. I asked how he got my information and the guy said he didn't know. I also asked their address and the "supervisor" said he could not provide the information.
Someone called me from this number pretending to be a legal firm looking for my daughter. After asking this person some questions, such as the address of the company and the response was 62nd and Broadway (no building number) I realized that this is a scam. Be careful and do not give any information to these people.
My home land line phone, unlisted and unpub. rang at 10:28 a.m. today 3/26/2012. (I'm on the "Do Not Call Lists for Fed and TX). I let it ring because caller id stated, "UNKNOWN NAME," it rang about 4 times then stopped. My recorder comes on at the 5th ring. No message and I don't know anyone in the Bronx (area code 718). Got call today... Indian sounding operator asked if I was a lesbian! Then started to state he would shoot me , he had a gun and is going to kill me!! WTF
