Received a voice mail from Officer Shawn Williams from Department of Legal Affairs to call this number 718-873-9062 immediately as some legal issues have been filed in my name. This person had a Pilipino accent and spoke very softly so that you could not make out much of what he was saying! When I returned the call, Agent Mc Donald picked up the phone, he also had a Pilipino accent and advised that Shawn Williams worked for him. He wanted my telephone number that I was callings from and when I gave him one of the many telephone numbers we have at work, he said that is not the right number and he cannot help me. I advised him that he has my name and what is this about but he insisted on my tel number, before he could help me! I requested his badge number and he gave me 835110 and when I advised him that there should be a letter at the end, he did not know what to say! He said he could not help me since this was not the right phone number!!! I think this is all BS and some type of scam going on! One of Authorities in the US Departments, should make sure they catch these people before they scam someone!
I received the same message from a Sean/Shawn/Shaun Williams from this same ph. number. Sounds like a scam to me too; I never received anything in the mail regarding this nonsense! When I called back he "transferred," me to an, "officer," who sounded like him, LOL! Nice Try ppl.
Received a call from this number stating I needed to call immediately concerning a legal matter. When I called, they asked which number I was called on, I told the person who could not find it, so he wanted me to give my name and forward over to the attorney. I declined, stating they had my name and number and should know who it is...he hung up
