I just answer a call from him 7189068731 too, he said he was a xxx health insurance and asked my home address and date of birth. And then when I answered my of birth, he hang out and said he dialed a wrong number. It's weird.
They are either NY State of Health or someone affiliated with Medicare because they called me in regards to an online application I submitted through NY State and they had policy numbers and account ID info that a scammer wouldn't have access to. I think they are legit.
718-906-8731 called pretending to be UNITED HEALTH CARE and asking for personal information. i called UNITED and was given verification that this is a fake phishing number.
