It's Best Buy. They called me because my credit card number changed, and I have the "Black Tie" insurance on my cell phone that used the old card number. They did leave me a message once, but the last time, they left no message.
This is Best Buy Geek Squad. If you bought an electronic device from them and have their insurance plan....this is what they are calling about. My voice mail said I could go to monthlybilling.geeksquad.com to update billing or call 866-501-9287. My debit card had expired and they needed updated drafting instructions. Good thing they called I wouldn't want to loose the insurance plan.
I have a gut feeling that it's the person who's been hacking into my phone the last few months. My Nexus 4 that I've had for 3/4 months somehow switched its serial number to where the serial doesn't even match the box, I've got a different platform which is the latest one out, a root was installed, configured permissions where one traces and records my touch, snapshots every fee minutes, LTE is always on edge network and finding files where everything is wrapped or has a binder. Since they monitor and record everything. I was in the middle of my boyfriend wanting to SQLinjections on them again and just sending them a virus that would wipe/fry mine, but for sure fry theirs. I happened to just click on a tutorial on how to check who's been hacking your computer or phone. And that's when a women who sounded like an older Filipino women called at damm near 11pm in CA from 12/1am in Thornton, CO it seemed so strange how long and hestitent it took her to tell me hello and longer to say oh wrong number. so I did a reverse lookup on her number, AT&T Wireless and found it funny how her GPS showed that she's using the same cell tower as my hacker.
Its a scam. they keep leaving a messege saying there is an important change on my account that they need to discuss, so I went to Best Buys website got the real customer service phone number and called, Best buy said they didn't have any record of me on file and that they didnt recognize the phone # (720-208-2064) that was being left on my voice mail
