My advise for everyone who has issues with this, turn the matter over to your FedEx rep. We got a notice from them saying we owed for FedEx Tech Connect services (a service we have never used). Our company has a good relationship with our FedEx sales rep so I just turned the matter over to them. let them handle the frauds
I'm not surprised. They threatened a Pennsylvania client of our with a PA law suit, even though none of the attorneys there have a PA license. The client pre-paid a shipping company $452 to ship a copier. The shipping company subcontracted the job to Overnight, who then turned around and claimed that they were owed almost $5k in shipping!! Overnight couldn't produce any documents to support any of their contentions and lost huge.
The letter that Stephen O'Malley sent to our client was threatening, demeaning and very unprofessional.
they left me a massage along with their number saying they represent TNT EXPRESS. I haven't shiped or recieved anything through TNT ever. And now that I am reading the posts here it make sence that these people are scamers
How are they able to harrass people like this? They have called me multiple times. Their people are rude and completely uninformed. The documentation they sent is from a company i've never heard of or done business with. They sound like thugs.
