My advise for everyone who has issues with this, turn the matter over to your FedEx rep. We got a notice from them saying we owed for FedEx Tech Connect services (a service we have never used). Our company has a good relationship with our FedEx sales rep so I just turned the matter over to them. let them handle the frauds
Our company is getting the same calls and emails about a FedEx invoice. They never will mail proof of anything. And try to add bogus amounts and what I guess are fees. Really weird. We will file on them too. Very unprofessional.
We have the same issue with FedEx. We just keep paying FedEx and ignore them. I wouldn't give them a dime. Never will show proof. Just threatening emails and phone calls. Pretty sure it's a scam. We never have received any via mail and their email bounced when I replied last.
One of my clients got calls and e-mails from Nevins and a Mr. Gross, both of whom claimed they were lawyers working for this New Jersey law firm demanding payment of delinquent CenturyLink bill. Rude and abrasive. Refused to provide identity of CenturyLink contact information and continued to demand payment despite receiving a copy of an e-mail from an authorized CenturyLink spokesperson saying that no money is owed.
Since the advent of the Internet, one of the major injustices we are forced to endure in business, for the privilege of living in the Greatest Country in the World, stems from one of our most basic freedoms: Freedom of Speech.
This injustice allows anyone to defame a person or business while remaining nameless and faceless. Though impossible to defend, it is our sincere hope that anyone reading these defamatory statements will be intuitive enough to consider the source and ask themselves what validity these comments could have when authored by someone who doesn’t have the courage to identify themselves when writing them.
