This company robo-calls my private "do not call" registered line at least once a day, all hours, from morning until night. The answering machine announces "First Credit Se." I have never done business with this company, do not have any accounts past due, and have exceptional credit. I do not answer unsolicited phone calls, either. I have reported them, but it makes no difference. What is the next level of investigation required to get them to STOP?
I received a call to my cell phone at 11:15 CST. The recorded voice urged me to call 732-726-5692 immediately and that the phone call was directed towards me. The voice had a very heavy "New Yorker" accent. After googling the number, I came upon this website and am realizing it may be a scam. I was contemplating on calling them back, but after reading the posts on this website I've decided not to. I'm just posting my experience.
I live in 732 area code and work nearby woodbridge (as stated above by brandon). if i get another call im going to that address after work and gonna give them a peice of my mind.
These folks have continuously called me at work and want me to set up some type of payment plan with them to pay off the remaining balance to a leased vehicle I have already returned (which is a whole other story). I refused to pay him directly and I am making payments with the original creditor and the creditor is accepting the payments. If they ask you to set up payment arrangements with them, DO NOT. Instead, pay the originial creditor as long as they are still accepting your payments. Like others have said, I don't trust these folks at all.
