Well considering that going to jail because you didn't pay a debt was outlawed over 200 years ago, I think that person is safe. Of course this so called "debt" probably doesn't exist because this is a common extortion scam set up to scare the victim into paying.
Recieved a call 5/2 left a voice mail stating they would be serving me with legal summons to court and I must have my Id available when being served..tried to call the number back of course itshe disconnected County my County courts and no known cases for my name..also reported to bbb and listed 844 number as a scam.
Emily in processing calling from "Essex County Court" .. will be at my place of residence or employment within 24 hours and I need 2 forms of ID to receive my court summons. & then tells me to call them back at 716-478-4110. 1st of all. the area code is from Middlesex, Union, or Somerset county areas. 2nd of all the 2nd number they told me to call is from the Buffalo/Niagara Falls NY area. SCAM!!!
This is a scammer asking about a refund or something. Couldn't understand him. They called from two numbers 732-837-9041 & 844-821-0482. Don't waste your time calling back.
