It always comes up as from Delaware,OH. This was someone saying they were from Royal Seas cruise on a recorded line. She then precedes to say can you hear me? I didn't respond I just hung up. I have heard about the scams where someone asks if you can hear them and when you answertheu use a device where they automatically get access to all your info. This number has now called me 2 more times. I looked up this company and everything I've read says it's a scam.
