Same thing here- a man called the dental office requesting to speak with the Doctor (who he referred to by her first name, as if he knows her), asked if we were accepting new patients, when i told him we were he said "well i'd like to discuss that with Mary" again. When I asked if he was a new patient to us, he said now, asked for the Doctor again. I told him she was busy with a patient, he said he'd call back, and hung up.
Called my office, asked to speak with Dr. *******, which was my last name, then asked for the doctor again using my first name...I am not the doctor, nor ever pretend to be....they then hung up
8/11/09 Kristen called. Asked for owner. He was not in. I asked to take a message. She said it wouldn't make a difference if he wasn't there. I told her it does, because you just called a business. She hung up on me.
