I received a similar message today and when I told the man that I was not interested in his address labels he told me to go behind my corporate office's back and do it with my own personal money so I could get a bigger bonus. I politely told him I was not interested and he continued to talk. After saying it again I just hung up on him.

Received similar call. found the website: Newpros.com and the following is a letter I sent via e-mail to [email protected], [email protected] and [email protected] .... still awaiting a response lol

Just wanted to send your company an e-mail after our office received a very rude call from one of your employees this afternoon to offer a little feedback (as well as request I no longer receive calls from your company).

Your saleswoman, Betty, called asking to speak with the business owner by his first name, was reluctant to give her name or who she was calling with. She refused to tell me what the call was in regards to, or leave a call back number for that matter. After we asked to be put on your company's do not call, she said she would keep calling back and then hung up the phone.

I am sure your business does not condone the way your phone salesperson handled our phone call and you are probably also very aware that most businesses (like ours) talk to one another and if you are rude and obnoxious on the phone the chances of you actually getting to speak with the owner are slim to none and those odds dip even lower of actually earning our business after that first negative impression.

After doing a quick search online, I learned your business name and contact info and I am sure other business owners treated as we were can do the same. My first impression of your business was a negative one and from reading the boards online many others have had a similar experience.

Hopefully you will be able to look into this matter and make the appropriate changes to your salespersons phone solicitation tactics.

This e-mail serves as my official request to be put on New Pros do not call list and any other phone calls I receive will promptly be reported to the FCC for appropriate legal action.

Recieved the following e-mail this morning from director of operations at New Pros and just wanted to pass it along that they did follow up with my above e-mail to their office last week:

Ms. Montgomery:

NewPros Communications apologizes for the experience that you had with our Sales Representative.  We hold our sales representatives to very high standards, and expect professionalism to be a minimum requirement.  As per your email, Bette did not come close to upholding NewPros Communications Standards of Conduct.

I have personally marked your business on our internal Do Not Call list, and can say with confidence that you will not receive any further communications from our company.  In addition, Bette is no longer employed with NewPros Communications.

Again, we apologize for your experience and any inconvenience this may have caused you or your company.

very rude and insisted our agency worked with them. She identified herself as "Michelle Packet" I told her she was very unprofessional and she proceeded to tell me a few things and hung up.

a gentleman just called and as referenced in earlier posts, called me by my first name like he knew me. when i asked him to email me info, he said it would "only take a few seconds to explain". when he started to explain his company, i again asked him to email me info (rather have it in writing and no time for a telemarketer) he again said "it will be real quick". i chimed in and said i had a customer waiting and if he wanted to get info to me he would have to email it. he then hung up without saying anything else.
