Been getting calls with no caller ID and answered this one tonight....
the man said he was calling Katherine and I told him he must have the
wrong number but replied, "no" I have the right number and proceded to
tell me he was with the OHIO Troopers and that is when I cut him off
by saying I was not interesting in donating anything (whatever he was
soliciting for) and told him to remove my number from his list. I do
not believe this is ligit and it was not a very professional person
I was speaking with.....will not answer, again nor any other No ID # calls!
We keep getting these calls. When I answer, there is nobody there. I call the number back and get a recording that tells me that if I have questions, I should enter my phone number and someone will call me back. I'm certainly not dumb enough to enter my phone number. The caller ID always reads "OHTRP".
I too have been receiving numerous calls from OHTRP with the 740-206-1460 phone number. We do not answer or phone if we do not know the caller or return calls if they do not give us a valid reason to. As with others, this caller has never left a voicemail. I know our county Sheriff has been issuing warnings against these type of phone scams.
To the individual that stated that 740 is not a valid area code in Ohio, it actually is. This area code covers the counties surrounding Franklin county.
Ohio Number 740-206-1460 keeps calling my house. It is a "collection" organization soliciting funds for the Ohio Troopers Coalition. I am on the National Do Not Call List and I want these people to stop calling me
