Today I received a call from a man with terrible grammar and no grasp of the English language from 740-206-1564. The Caller ID shows DIRECTTV.
After being advised, "We are not interested" (TWICE), the man with a very garbled accent was pushy, rude and basically stupid.
You will not make a successful sale by antagonizing prospective customers.

A woman with a horribly nasal voice called to ask for the person who makes decisions for the business.
I explained to her I saw on caller ID she is calling from DirecTV and we have no use for it. She was persistent and asked if I was the person who makes decisions for the business.
