this number calls me, leaves messages once in a while. But they are pre recoreded. The caller id says they are from ohio. But the person on the other end (the recorded voice) says they are calling from Washington DC. They also say they are a lawfirm and that they have my ss#, my name, my banking info, and a warrant for my arrest for unpaid debt. I have no idea if this is legitimate or not
Called early morning on a Saturday and thinking it might be one of my kids using a friends phone because theirs died, I run out into the other room to check it. It is a local area code so I answer. It was just creepy music for about 30 seconds so I hung up. Then they called back while I was writing this and the person saidcthey were calling about the auto insurance quote I requested online! Lol! We never would have done this because we have a family rate with a relative who is living with us and it is under their name. Nice scam! Try someone else. (I am classifying as a debt collector because based on above comment they probably are but I never let them get beyond the auto insurance intro)
