Who called from 7400010000

Who is this that keeps calling? It comes up on our caller ID as invalid number and you can't call it back. How do you get it to stop?

This phone number keeps calling me several times a day when you answer no-one is answering and you can not find out whom is contacting you.  This is very very very annoying ....how do we get it to stop???

It calls and no one says anything and when you try to call it back it rings busy.

I keep getting calls from this number. The caller ID says it's an invalid number! How do you call on an invalid number!?! When I called it back it just said "this number is an invalid number" !

I been getting this call for day finally someone was on the other end a woman talking about getting the best deal from my power company. To me it sounds like a scam when they are calling from a spoof number means nothing good.
