Called me at 6:32 am , People that know me do not call me that early. Don't have them in my phone book so blocked the call, I AM ON A DO NOT CALL LIST WTF !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
At 6:32 am on a Sunday it is highly unlikely the caller was a telemarketer attempting to sell you goods or services so your being on the DNC list is irrelevant with respect to this caller. Unless it was one of the computer tech support scammers calling from India. Technically they are required to abide by the DNC list but criminals do not obey laws.
