I got one too. I just got off the phone with capital one and they confirmed this number to be a HOAX, do not call. They will ask you for your 16 digit account number! I reported this to [email protected]. You should too!

I just received a message to call 740 - 400 - 0063 for debit card alert. I did not call I Google that number and it took me to this page. I will be alerting my bank as well.
