I got one too. I just got off the phone with capital one and they confirmed this number to be a HOAX, do not call. They will ask you for your 16 digit account number! I reported this to [email protected]. You should too!
Just got a text from this # and says Credit Union Alert, contact 740-400-0063 but the text was from [email protected]. Also got one the other day from Bank of America and I don't have never had an account there.
My friend and i both received text message from (754)227-6802. Message: " Call: 740.400.0063 RequiredInfo C A P I T A L - O N E"
I do not have an account with capital one.
