Who called from 7405325953

Answering machine picked up and got immediate hang up.

Call came in at 3pm and 10 pm... not at home so they must have hung up.  I find a call from this number every week or so, but I have no idea who it belongs to.

Got a call around 1:45 pm.  After a few seconds a man's voice answered and asked for me by name.  Then he said, "This is John from Community Safety."  I hung up.  This same person has called numerous times.  There is an article here:

that says it's a scam.

My daughter answered the a call from this number and gave the phone to the babysitter.  The call came in just as I was pulling in the driveway and when I answered the phone the caller hung up.
