Delay after answering phone. Caller said he was with something "Technical something" and he was concerned about my computer. I suppose my tone of voice gave away my attitude when I said "What do you want". His reply was "are you stupid"? Caller had a heavy accent that sounded like India. He actually started a cussing match.
