Received a call from this number and answered it. They offered me a new low credit card rate for my capitol one but I had to provide them my information. When I refused to give it to them and asked her what card number this was for she disconnected the phone call. I tried to call back and it is an invalid phone number. SCAM!!
Same thing. I didn't answer, they did not leave a message. One note: Many of these numbers are spoofed which means the number you see is not the one that really called you. If you call back you might be annoying someone who has nothing to do with the scam, they are just unfortunate enough to have their number used for caller ID.
Caller left a message that there are no problems with my credit cards but that I was eligible to lower credit card interest rate of 6.5%. Tempting but I was very skeptical and totally ignored the message.
