Who called from 7406554760

I just did what kevin did; sent a bunch of meaningless texts. Hope this message gets to them. Will remember to do this to the other dead calls I get.

Received a call from this number, better interest on my credit card... which I don't even own one of those cards; just another scam!  
And to the person who posted the question earlier (below) "How do they know I have that card"... they don't know; they are just fishing. Its like me saying, oh you must be a male (I have a 50/50 chance of getting it right).

No credit card company will ever call proactively to lower your interest rates!!!! That is money out of their pocket! SCAM SCAM SCAM!!

Please stop calling me!

Got a call from this same number.  I do not have a Capital One Credit card and still got the call at EXACTLY 10:00 AM.    Do not recognize the number, do not have answer it.
