All of the verbiage that you have posted is nice, and the links to the various government agencies are very helpful, however, submitting complaints to the various agencies is an exercise in futility. I have been doing it for a considerable amount of time and have never seen any type of a resolution. Good Luck !
Dear Nobody, would you please stop posting this long message. Steps 3 thru 6 are a waste of time, and the other paragraphs do not contain any useful information. We're really tired of seeing it.
