This is a phishing call, they are not really from Citibank. It's a robocall that comes in every single day, sometimes from this number, sometimes from an unknown number. No one at this household has a Citibank account.
received a very similar call on a Sunday morning stating that my Citi Bank payment was late(Not so). The amount owed was shat I had paid the previous month. He was demanding that I give him a bank account # to transfer the funds. He was a rude fast talked and not listening to what I said. I finally said I will take care of it later and hung up on him.
