They left a message about an ongoing investigation and that if I don't respond that means I have waived my right to an attorney and they will submit the file (not identified) to the state (not identified). Sounds like a scam to me.
I received a call from Amanda Perkins who said that I would be sued and waive my rights to my own attorney if I did not call today. Funny thing, I called back and some man with broken English, said "Wrong Number"?
I received a phone call from this number and they left a message stating that they were sending a file to my state. They called back and I blew my fox 40 whistle into the receiver. (It's the loudest whistle you can buy.). Maybe they won't call back.
received the same type of call on my cell phone......shows up GALLIPOLIS, OHIO..........i have had 3 so far. about a ongoing investigation and if i dont respond i have waived my right to an attorney and they will submit the file to the state.............?????????????
I received the same call from a Lisa Carter saying if I don't call back by 1:30 pm today that they will send my acct to Franklin County Courts.
Any Advice?
