Called and left no message on cell phone. Call originates from Athens,Ohio, a small town near the Ohio River on the WVA line. Know the town, didn't leave anything there the last time I was there.....Didn't answer (Tel-Lynx Guardian blocked call).

Since caller ID's can be spoofed extremely easily, looking up a number to see who it belongs to is pretty much useless these days. Add in the fact that 99% of the time you will find the wrong information and it makes it much worse.
