I received a call from this number on my mobile. I answered it. No voice responded. I heard three beeps, then the call terminated. I called the
number back. There were tones, then a 'bot said, "The number you have dialed is not a working number." The 'bot repeated the message in
Spanish, then said, "Message 3 S L 1 2 U N." I suspect that this is a spoofed number for a responding-number harvesting system, collecting telephone numbers where the called party picks up, and selling the list to telemarketers.
