Who called from 7574146784

Call originates from Bell Haven, VA.  (+1 (757) 414-6784) Caller ask for Eugene, lots of background noise like a call center.  Told them they had the wrong number. They asked me who they were speaking with and maybe I could help them.  I said I don't think so as you are provably a scam, have a nice day.  I hung up and blocked.

They hang up before the answering machine comes on.  They have done this several times before.

This number is calling me non stop.
