Who called from 7813319341

called about paying my credit card account  this is like the 5th time they have called

I received a call from 781-331-9341 but I didn't get to the phone in time.  I called the number back and the display on my phone stated the number was in the Boston area, then a recorded message came on stating that the number was "Out of Service."

called cell, left no message, when called back, recording said number was not in service.  What's going on with that?????

my bet is this is A Skyp made call, using SKYP online phone service.  Had many of them before and all   ALL  were scams.

Recieved a call may 13/09 and they didn't leave a msg sounds like a scam artist to me!
