Simon Hawk is calling me at work stating I own money - he called 25 time today - he even got rude with my office leader. he will not give me any information about this supposed loan - I believe this is a scam.
Have you gotten them to stop? They are doing the same thing to my office and I work in the medical field as well. I called my States Attorney and filed a complaint. What they are doing is illegal and they need to be stopped. I was told to call my states attorney and file a complaint regardless if i do owe them money they are doing things that are not legal and can fined up to a $1,000 and pay legal costs.
So they eventually stopped after you filed a police report? I could not get any information from this Simon either. NO address nothing. I asked him to stop calling my work but he replies by saying that he will have everyone in their office call my work nonstop until I pay them. It won't stop!
I BEEN RECIVING MANY HARRASMENT CALLS FROM JAMES AND JERRY FROM NUMBER 781-443-7342. I WAS GIVING UNTIL 1:30 TODAY TO MAKE A PAYMENT OR I WILL GET NONSTOP CALLS FROM THEM . SO I CONTAC A LAWYER FROM KROHN AND MOSS THE LAWYER STATED THIS NUMBER IS FROM INDIA AND ITS A SCAM . HE TOLD THEIR IS NOT NOTHING HE CAN DO FOR ME SINCE THSI NUMBER IS TRYING TO SCAM PEOPLE FROM MONEY . HE SAID FOR ME TO FILE A POLICE REPORT AND TO GET THE PHONE NUMBER BLOCKED. IM TAKING THIS ACTIONS AND PRAY IT WORKS. THEY HAVE MADE ME FEEL SO STRESSED OUT . GOOD LUCK TO ALL
He is a scammer and has mess up our phone lines, so that no one can call in or out. He is not with any company. He just wants to scam people out of their money. He tied up all the phone lines in our company.
