Who called from 7819364239

Does anyone know of a way on the phone to 'block' numbers like email?

Just got a call from this number.  Did not answer and no msg left.  These posts are great.  Keep up the good work guys.

I normally leave my phone off overnight and twice got this number within an hour of turning it on.  The last time the phone did not ring, just reported a missed call.  I suspect this is a robot dialer, not the result of somebody selling cell numbers.  I get the same call on my land line.

This call was calling me several times ,but I did not answer it when display this number.This is unacceptable for annoying.

do not answer unknowns and do not call back
would like to know who the culprit is
