We received two calls on our landline today (left messages) from this number claiming to inform us of a lawsuit against us. The number is a Coretel number in VA.
They posed as IRS agents and stated that I had a warrant for my arrest due to tax evasion and fraud. We had a very heated exchange and was threatened that I was verbally abusing them and would be reported to the police. Do what you gotta do...I did!
Total scam. Claimed their from IRS and had 5 criminal charges against me. Told them I worked with the FBI and traced their call and was coming to shut them down. They promptly disconnected.
