Who called from 8042209180

Suspected scammer/telemarketer so I answered the phone, but didn't say anything...robocaller automatically hung up after about 3 seconds of silence.

So what?  You think the lowlifes who make a living scamming fools care about the DNC List?  They probably use the DNC List as a source of numbers to call or spoof. Forget the List, get a good number blocker.

Called my cell phone, I don't answer unknown numbers. No message left. Now blocked.

Call landline everyday, at least two times. CID has this # but instead of a city/state above it, it has V824212042305571. Have no idea what that means, but I suspect it may be a call from VoIP? either way, it is coming from a auto warranty scammer since my husband answered it one time last week. Now it just goes to voice mail and no message left. Working from home is a double edged sword sometimes :(
