Repeated unwanted calls

Robo dialer rings my phone and disconnects after short ring. When I call back a recording states that I have dialed an incorrect number.

Called tues nite as my ph wrang it said.... spammer calling or mayb it said scammer calling..dont remember.i dont answer my phone unless your in my contacts.
